Whether it’s steak and chips you fancy or something a little more adventurous like Lemon sole, caramelised leeks, sea herbs and sauce verge – you can be sure of a quality meal. Ferguson’s regularly holds special events throughout the year such as cooking classes, demo days, curry nights and jazz evenings. The next cookery class will take place in September – please check our Facebook page for dates.
David is regularly invited on stage to share his cooking tips with food lovers around the region and you can next see him in the Pop-up Kitchen of the Rugby Food and Drink festival. He will also be giving a cooking demonstration at the Grand Design Live Show at Birmingham NEC on Saturday 10 October.
