Karen started the company in 2005 when she spotted a gap in the market for a local directory to cover the "no man's land" on the Warwickshire / Northamptonshire borders. With over 20 years experience in sales and marketing in a range of industries from blue-chip companies to local firms, she is always happy to share her expertise with customers to help them get the best from their advertising.
Clare has lived locally all her life. She loves variety so combines a gardening business with selling narrow boats at Whilton Marina.
She brings a wealth of experience to The Village Emporium where she will concentrate on sales for the Northamptonshire and Daventry editions. In her spare time she enjoys playing netball, cricket and bar skittles.
Ali has a number of years experience in the hospitality industry in London and the Midlands. More recently she diversified into freelance sales, and has worked with The Village Emporium since 2010, developing business for the Borders edition. Ali lives locally and is a qualified Nordic Walking Instructor - so you may see her and her local walkers in your village.
